I called Oakville GarageDoorServices, and Rob answered me promptly. I was panicked because the spring on the rings (torsion spring) and both cables snapped locking in my car. We book a time right away and Rob came when he said he would. He was very prompt and fast in repairing the damage. He is polite and very honest, gave me a fair price and was professional.
