Rob came same day, tuned up our 30 year old wood garage door and was totally honest in telling me that he could do more but was afraid the wood would crack. I needed a new garage door opener which he provided and set up. We tested it and it worked but the next day it didn’t. He came back that day and we determined it was a defective unit.
