My builder grade garage door and installation finally gave up on me... after just 4 years! No need to describe the... original product and job quality!! On to the positive, I connected with Rob after the whole thing fell apart over the weekend... he came and secured the door chain mechanism by attaching the whole thing to studs this time, not into drywall! He also readjusted the chain, door hinges etc. Both garage doors sound smoother than ever before now! Great job! Thanks Rob!- David Kread more
